During the transfer music was playing and I could hear all their conversations over the music. When Ron transferred me to his superior the same thing occurred.I did lose my temper and was told they did not have to have me as a customer and were disconnecting my internet at midnight (which would be a deceptive trade practice)since I’ve already paid for the services. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of professionalism.I hate to leave suddenlink after all these years but hey I will not pay them for nothing .Obviously the CEO does not care about clientele or I could email him directly ..Today, Suddenlink is the 6th largest cable broadband provider in the US. all customer service personnel will not help, will not let you talk to management, and just switch you to other departments who won’t help.
Suddenlink was started in 2003 after Classic Communications bankruptcy. In 2006, Cebridge renamed itself to Suddenlink after completing acquisitions from Cox and Charter Communications.
In 20, the company completed a large nationwide backbone project. They also began to partner with Ti Vo to offer Premiere DVRs.
In 2011, the company began to offer HBO GO and MAX GO programming.
I admit it provoked me to anger and bad language – I feel I was provoked.
We will change to another provider and never use these or any of their services again Reply Additionally I’ll contact the FCC and the State of Texas Attorney General’s Office on these issues if not resolved. I apologize for my language but I feel I was provoked.
